Surprisingly great! My 6-year-old is small for her age and also has a very limited diet, so I did a lot of research before ordering anything marketed around growth. I liked that Groe included nutrients I already understood and was trying to prioritize in food. We started slowly because I wasn’t sure she would be able to swallow a capsule, but she figured it out surprisingly fast. We’ve now used it for about four months. She has grown just under an inch since our first measurement, although I know children can have growth spurts at any time.
